Step-by-Step Integration Process
1. Complete the Accuro Marketplace Vendor Intake Form—select “Scribeberry AI Scribe” under Marketplace Vendor. If onboarding multiple providers, click the “+” to add entries. 2. Complete the DocuSign from QHR when it arrives by email. 3. Wait 7–14 days for QHR to configure the accounts.
4. Call QHR Client Services for login credentials (username, password, and tenant ID)—clinics often share credentials. 5. Send Scribeberry the email address tied to each provider’s account (never share user credentials). 6. In Scribeberry, go to Settings → Integrations → Accuro → Connect. 7. Enter credentials and tenant ID. 8. Set yourself as the default provider and select your office.
Everyday Workflow Inside Accuro
Start a visit: pick a patient from the Accuro Calendar inside Scribeberry. Click Record for Ambient AI Scribe. Smart Pull imports current meds and past history with one click. Generate your note, press Send to Accuro—fields auto-populate. Sign and submit inside Accuro.
