Who can use this service?
Any Canadian clinic, group practice, health authority or allied health organization that needs a privacy impact assessment. You do not need a Scribeberry subscription or account. Many clients use us when adopting Scribeberry or another AI documentation tool, but the intake is about your organization, not a single product login.
Is this legal advice?
No. Scribeberry prepares an administrative PIA from the information you provide. Your privacy officer or qualified legal counsel should review the document before you rely on it or file it with a regulator.
How fast is delivery?
Standard: within one week of completed payment and questionnaire. Rush: within 24 hours. The clock starts when we have both.
What happens after I pay?
Stripe sends you back to scribeberry.com to finish the questionnaire. When you submit, our team is notified and prepares your PIA. You receive a confirmation email at checkout, then the finished document by email.
How is this different from the PIA PDF on your security page?
The security page publishes Scribeberry’s own vendor documentation. This service produces a PIA about your organization, your workflows and the tools you describe, including when Scribeberry is part of the picture.
