EMR integration

Accuro AI Scribe

Accuro is where your clinic already charts. Scribeberry connects through an official API, not screen-scraping or copy and paste, so the reviewed note lands in the chart instead of a clipboard. No EMR change, no integration fee.

What the Accuro connection actually does

The aim is for the visit to become a chart note without a second typing shift. In Accuro, Scribeberry connects through an official API, not screen-scraping or copy and paste.

Accuro is the EMR a large share of Canadian family practices and specialists chart in every day, and it is the EMR where Scribeberry's connection goes deepest.

Scribeberry records or accepts dictation of the encounter (with patient consent), drafts a structured note in your template, and you review and edit it before anything goes into the chart. The clinician signs the note, the AI drafts it.

How it connects

Scribeberry + Accuro: connection, reads and writes

ConnectionWhat Scribeberry readsWhat it writes back
Official marketplace APIYour Accuro schedule and appointment list; Patient medications, allergies and problem list; Vitals and chart history; Berry, Scribeberry's agent, can also read history and lab resultsThe reviewed encounter note back into the patient chart; Filled PDFs such as the CRA disability tax credit form and AISH, saved to the chart

Limits that matter

Available to Pro and Enterprise plans through the Accuro Marketplace. Your Accuro practice consultant enables the connection; clinic-level permissions control what Scribeberry can read. Berry's chart actions (pre-charting, sending the note back) currently use this Accuro connection.
