EMR integration

Healthquest AI Scribe

Healthquest is where your clinic already charts. Scribeberry connects through the Scribeberry Chrome extension running beside the web EMR, so the reviewed note lands in the chart instead of a clipboard. No EMR change, no integration fee.

What the Healthquest connection actually does

The aim is for the visit to become a chart note without a second typing shift. In Healthquest, Scribeberry connects through the Scribeberry Chrome extension running beside the web EMR.

Healthquest is an Alberta-built EMR used by family practices and specialists, especially in Alberta. Scribeberry publishes a Healthquest help-centre integration article with setup steps.

Scribeberry records or accepts dictation of the encounter (with patient consent), drafts a structured note in your template, and you review and edit it before anything goes into the chart. The clinician signs the note, the AI drafts it.

Frequently asked questions

Does Scribeberry work with Healthquest?

Yes. Scribeberry connects to Healthquest through chrome extension (Smart Pull / Smart Push). It reads chart context through the extension, where enabled and writes the reviewed note, transferred into the Healthquest chart. Setup steps are in the tutorial linked on this page.

Is there an extra fee for the Healthquest connection?

No. EMR connections are included in Scribeberry plans (Pro $99/month per provider). You keep paying your EMR vendor directly.

Where are the Healthquest setup steps?

In the Scribeberry help centre under EMR integrations (Scribeberry x Healthquest). This page explains how the connection works; the help article has the click-by-click setup.

Is my patient data used to train AI models?

No. Scribeberry does not train models on patient data. Canadian customer data is stored in Canada and encrypted in transit and at rest, see the security page for the published compliance documents and Trust Center reports.
