EMR integration

Intrahealth Profile AI Scribe

Intrahealth Profile is where your clinic already charts. Scribeberry connects through the Chrome extension on the web version, or the desktop app for dictation into the installed client, so the reviewed note lands in the chart instead of a clipboard. No EMR change, no integration fee.

What the Intrahealth Profile connection actually does

The aim is for the visit to become a chart note without a second typing shift. In Intrahealth Profile, Scribeberry connects through the Chrome extension on the web version, or the desktop app for dictation into the installed client.

Profile by Intrahealth runs in Canadian clinics in both a web version (Profile Web) and an installed desktop client, and the right Scribeberry path depends on which one your clinic opens.

Scribeberry records or accepts dictation of the encounter (with patient consent), drafts a structured note in your template, and you review and edit it before anything goes into the chart. The clinician signs the note, the AI drafts it.

How it connects

Limits that matter

Use the Chrome extension with Profile Web. For the installed Profile client, use the desktop app to dictate into the field you have open, there is no field-mapped push for the desktop client.

Set it up

  1. Start a Scribeberry trial and install the app or extension for your workstation.
  2. Follow the Intrahealth Profile setup path in the tutorial linked below, then connect a test chart.
  3. Run one sample encounter, review the draft, and check every mapped field before using it with patients.

Frequently asked questions

Does Scribeberry work with Intrahealth Profile?

Yes. Scribeberry connects to Intrahealth Profile through chrome extension or desktop app. It reads chart context from the open Profile Web chart (Smart Pull) and writes note sections into Profile Web fields (Smart Push), or reviewed text into the desktop client. Setup steps are in the tutorial linked on this page.

Is there an extra fee for the Intrahealth Profile connection?

No. EMR connections are included in Scribeberry plans (Pro $99/month per provider). You keep paying your EMR vendor directly.

How do I know which Profile path to use?

If you log into Profile in a browser, use the extension. If you open an installed program, use the desktop app. The setup tutorial for each path is linked below.

Is my patient data used to train AI models?

No. Scribeberry does not train models on patient data. Canadian customer data is stored in Canada and encrypted in transit and at rest, see the security page for the published compliance documents and Trust Center reports.
