EMR integration
TELUS PS Suite AI Scribe
TELUS PS Suite is where your clinic already charts. Scribeberry connects through a launch-and-write-back workflow that starts inside the chart, so the reviewed note lands in the chart instead of a clipboard. No EMR change, no integration fee.

What the TELUS PS Suite connection actually does
The aim is for the visit to become a chart note without a second typing shift. In TELUS PS Suite, Scribeberry connects through a launch-and-write-back workflow that starts inside the chart.
PS Suite (formerly Practice Solutions) is one of Canada's longest-running EMRs, especially in Ontario. Its desktop chart is where the note has to end up, in the clinic's own templates.
Scribeberry records or accepts dictation of the encounter (with patient consent), drafts a structured note in your template, and you review and edit it before anything goes into the chart. The clinician signs the note, the AI drafts it.
How it connects
Scribeberry + TELUS PS Suite: connection, reads and writes
| Connection | What Scribeberry reads | What it writes back |
|---|---|---|
| Launch from inside the EMR | Opt-in chart context, only where you enable it | The finished encounter note, written back to the PS Suite chart |
Limits that matter
You launch Scribeberry from the PS Suite chart and connect once per workstation. Write-back depends on workstation setup, so each workstation should be tested with a sample encounter first.
Set it up
- Start a Scribeberry trial and install the app or extension for your workstation.
- Follow the TELUS PS Suite setup path in the tutorial linked below, then connect a test chart.
- Run one sample encounter, review the draft, and check every mapped field before using it with patients.
- Confirm patient-consent wording for your province or state before the first recorded visit.

Frequently asked questions
Does Scribeberry work with TELUS PS Suite?
Yes. Scribeberry connects to TELUS PS Suite through launch from inside the EMR. It reads opt-in chart context, only where you enable it and writes the finished encounter note, written back to the PS Suite chart. Setup steps are in the tutorial linked on this page.
Is there an extra fee for the TELUS PS Suite connection?
No. EMR connections are included in Scribeberry plans (Pro $99/month per provider). You keep paying your EMR vendor directly.
Do I have to copy and paste into PS Suite?
No. PS Suite uses a launch-and-write-back workflow: start Scribeberry from the chart, review the draft, and the note is written back. You stay in control of the final text before it is saved.
Is my patient data used to train AI models?
No. Scribeberry does not train models on patient data. Canadian customer data is stored in Canada and encrypted in transit and at rest, see the security page for the published compliance documents and Trust Center reports.
