EMR integration
TELUS Wolf EMR AI Scribe
TELUS Wolf EMR is where your clinic already charts. Scribeberry connects through the Scribeberry desktop app, which enters dictated text into the chart field you have open, so the reviewed note lands in the chart instead of a clipboard. No EMR change, no integration fee.

What the TELUS Wolf EMR connection actually does
The aim is for the visit to become a chart note without a second typing shift. In TELUS Wolf EMR, Scribeberry connects through the Scribeberry desktop app, which enters dictated text into the chart field you have open.
Wolf is a Windows desktop EMR still running in many Alberta and BC practices. It has no web chart for an extension to sit beside, so the workflow is dictation straight into the field.
Scribeberry records or accepts dictation of the encounter (with patient consent), drafts a structured note in your template, and you review and edit it before anything goes into the chart. The clinician signs the note, the AI drafts it.
How it connects
Scribeberry + TELUS Wolf EMR: connection, reads and writes
| Connection | What Scribeberry reads | What it writes back |
|---|---|---|
| Desktop app (Mac and Windows) | Nothing is pulled automatically, you dictate or paste into the field you open | Dictated text into any Wolf chart field, through the desktop app |
Limits that matter
Wolf uses desktop text entry, not Smart Push field mapping. The note is generated in Scribeberry and entered where your cursor is, so review it in Scribeberry first.
