HOW TO INTEGRATE ACCURO
📋 STEP 0: VENDOR INTAKE
You must complete the Accuro Marketplace Vendor Intake Form first.
- Select "Scribeberry AI Scribe" under Marketplace Vendor
- If onboarding multiple providers, click "+" under "Onboarding provider details"
- Fill in all clinic info & training contact
- Account Type: Choose "Add to existing account" (if office integrated) or "Create New Account"

Complete DocuSign: Check email for DocuSign from QHR.

Wait 7-14 Days: QHR configures accounts. Wait for email notification.

Get Credentials: Call QHR Client Services. Request username, password, & tenant ID.

Email Us: Send Scribeberry the email address for each provider account. ⚠️ DO NOT share passwords with us.

Connect: Settings → Integrations → Accuro dropdown → Connect.

Configure: Enter credentials/Tenant ID. Set default provider & office.
EVERYDAY WORKFLOW
1. Start Visit
Pick patient from Accuro Calendar inside Scribeberry. Click Record.
Smart Pull imports meds/history.
2. Generate & Push
Generate note. Press Send to Accuro. Fields auto-populate. Sign & submit in Accuro.
